Ideally located in the central Mid-West, Tekena USA LLC was formed in 2005 as a manufacturer of high performance contact cleaning equipment and related consumable goods & spare parts for Electronics, Converting, Printing and Graphics markets around the world. With combined industry experience of over 60 years and an extensive customer base Tekena are well equipped to offer the very highest standards of sales and after sales support.

Our ARS pre-sheeted Adhesive Rolls (Patent Pending) are designed for use in our own and all other contact cleaning systems, including those supplied by Teknek, SDI, Polymag, Simco, Kelva etc. We manufacture our Adhesive Rolls entirely in the USA for optimal quality and performance. Our ARS rolls feature 68 sheets of adhesive per roll as opposed to only 60 sheets found on adhesive rolls supplied by competitors, which is equivalent to approx. 13% longer life.

Our automated contact cleaning systems are a vital component for the improvement of process efficiency in a wide variety of production applications inc. PCB manufacture, Surface Mount Technology, Coating, Laminating, Printing (Flexo, CI etc.), Medical Packaging, Pharmaceutical Packaging, Glass and many others. We are proud to include in our customer base most of the worlds leading companies in these fields. With sub-micron particulate removal performance achievable, the wide range of clean machine specifications and formats that we supply enable us to offer fully automated systems to suit all applications and budgets.

At any given time we carry a selection of ex-demo and used contact cleaners which we offer in refurbished condition and covered with a 6-month Parts warranty.

We offer an elastomer cleaning roller re-coating service or replacement with new, moulded elastomer rollers if required.
