Each TCS unit is supplied with an ECS sleeve, Pre-sheeted ARS Adhesive Roll with fully automated mounting shaft, pre-drilled mounting plate, a nip guard and a control box with all necessary electrical systems.
NWSS/DS Narrow Web Cleaners
The NWSS/DS model line is a range of single or double-sided narrow web cleaners available in a variety of cleaning widths from 7.8” (200mm) up to 39.3” (1000mm). High performance, molded elastomer cleaning rollers remove particulate contamination down to 0.5 microns from the web and transfers it to pre-sheeted adhesive rolls (Patent Pending) for later removal from the work area. Standard features include clam shell opening for web threading and maintenance access, telescopic slides for side access to both adhesive rolls & passive static elimination at exit side. The NWSS/DS ensures optimum cleaning performance for yield & quality improvement and extending line run-times.
