ECS (Elastomer Cleaning Sleeve)

 

The ECS sleeve delivers effective particle removal performance in the most cost-effective way, and has the added benefit of being very simple to install on existing rollers. The ECS is the particle removal solution for areas of a production line in which space is very limited and prevents the integration of additional equipment. The ECS can be cleaned either with the Tekena Alcohol wipes or more consistently in-line by integrating the TCS (Tekena Cleaning Station).

 

We supply the sleeves 'ready to use' in any length, and for 1.5", 2", 2.5", 3", 3.5", 4", 5" and 6" host roller diameters.
