NWDS

 

The Tekena NWDS delivers 'Just in Time' removal of unwanted particles when integrated in a production line prior to a particle-sensitive process. Utilizing high performance engineered Particle Removal Rollers in combination with a high performance Adhesive Roll, particles are collected and permanently removed from the process.

 

We supply the NWDS in variable sizes from 7.8" (200mm) to 39.3" (1000mm) effective material cleaning width.

 

Supplied as a single or double-sided cleaning solution, the NWDS can be installed into any manufacture of coating, lamination or printing line and is specifically designed to provide 100% cleaning 'up-time', 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
