The Tekena TCMN delivers 'Just in Time' removal of unwanted particles when integrated in a production line prior to a particle-sensitive process. Utilizing high performance engineered Particle Removal Rollers in combination with a high performance Adhesive Roll, particles are collected and permanently removed from the process.

 

We supply the TCMN in variable sizes from 11" (280mm) to 59" (1500mm) effective material cleaning width.

 

Supplied as a single-sided cleaning solution, the TCMN can be installed into any manufacture of coating, lamination or printing line and is specifically designed to provide 100% cleaning 'up-time', 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
