Our Web Cleaning Solutions are specifically designed to meet the wide range of industry, material and process variables that exist in today's market. We supply solutions for single-sided cleaning and double-sided cleaning in the following formats:

 

High Performance Particle Removal Sleeves:

 

Elastomer Cleaning Sleeves (ECS) can be simply applied to existing rollers to convert them into value-add cleaning stations (rather than simply rollers). Particles that are collected by the sleeves can then either be wiped off periodically using the Tekena Alcohol Wipes, or be constantly refreshed and cleaned via a smart Tekena Adhesive Roll unit. Tekena Elastomer Cleaning Sleeves represent the lowest cost entry-point to high performance Particle Removal Solutions. Sleeves can be supplied for all roll widths and diameters.

 

High Performance Narrow Web Machines:

 

Tekena Narrow Web Particle Removal Machines deliver (JIT) 'Just in Time' removal of unwanted particles when integrated in a production line prior to a particle-sensitive process. Utilizing High Performance engineered Particle Removal Rollers in combination with a High Performance Adhesive Roll, particles are collected and permanently removed from the process. Our Narrow Web range of machines range from 4" (100mm) to 30" (750mm) effective material cleaning width.

 

High Performance Wide Web Machines (with Adhesive Tacky Roll):

 

Tekena Wide Web Particle Removal Machines deliver (JIT) 'Just in Time' removal of unwanted particles when integrated in a production line prior to a particle-sensitive process. Utilizing High Performance engineered Particle Removal Rollers in combination with a High Performance Adhesive Roll, particles are collected and permanently removed from the process. Our Wide Web range of machines range from 30" (750mm) to 156" (4000mm) effective material cleaning width.

 

High Performance Wide Web Machines (requiring NO Adhesive Tacky Roll):

 

Tekena Wide Web Particle Removal Machines deliver (JIT) 'Just in Time' removal of unwanted particles when integrated in a production line prior to a particle-sensitive process. Requiring NO Adhesive Rolls, particles are collected and permanently removed from the process by a series of High Performance Rollers. Our Wide Web range of machines range from 30" (750mm) to 236" (6000mm) effective material cleaning width.

 

For high-speed applications, the elimination of the Adhesive Roll delivers far greater stability of equipment and eliminates 'vibrations' which can significantly reduce particel removal performance and potentially lead to damaged parts.
